    摘要:

    干涉仪速度波动是影响光谱信噪比的重要因素之 一,为了进一步提高光谱信噪比 ,对干涉仪速度波动与光谱信噪比 之间的关系进行了研究。文中从旋转角度、反馈速度测量、电路噪声等方面定量分析了倾斜 式干涉仪光程差速度波动的成因, 在此基础上,通过理论分析和实验验证了光程差速度不稳定性对光谱信噪比的影响规律。实 验结果表明,在同一波数区间,光 程差速度稳定性越高,光谱信噪比越好,速度稳定性提高5%时,光谱信噪比提高约14%—16%。当光程差速度恒定时,低波数段 的光谱信噪比明显优于高波数段,2100200 c m-1波段比2500600 cm-1波段的信噪 比高约20%。该研究成果为高信噪比光谱仪的设计提供了理论基础。

    Abstract:

    The velocity fluctuation of the interferometer is one of the important factors affecting the spectral signal-to-noise ratio.To further improve the spectral signal-to-noise ratio ,the relationship between the velocity fluctuation of the interferometer and the spectral signal-to-noise ratio is studied.In th is paper,the causes of optical path difference velocity fluctuation of the tilt compensation interferometer are quantitatively analyzed from the aspects of rotation angle, velocity feedback testing,and circuit noise.On this basis,the influence law of optical path difference velocity instability on the spectral signal-to-noise ratio is verified through theoreti cal analysis and experiments.The experimental results show that in the same wavenumber range,the higher the velocity stabilit y of optical path difference,the better the spectral signal-to-noise ratio.When the velocity stability is increased by 5% ,the spectral signal-to-noise ratio is increased by about 14%—16%.When the optical path difference velocity is constant,the spe ctral signal-to-noise ratio in the low wavenumber band is significantly better than that in the high wavenumber band,a nd the signal-to-noise ratio in the 2100—2200cm-1 band is about 20% h igher than that in the 2500—2600cm- 1 band.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design of a high signal-to-noise ratio spectrometer.
