    摘要:

    检测传统太极拳长期练习者和短期练习者的典型 动作“搂膝拗步”的肌电信号,分 析行拳过程中上肢、下肢以及躯干的主要肌肉的肌电信号的变化。根据传统太极拳行拳的规 律和要点,对检测的肌电信号进行除噪、提取特征值、建立BP神经网络模型等手段,并对长 期练习者和短期练习者的动作模式进行分类识别分析。实验结果表明,长期练习者在行拳过 程中,身体左侧右侧分别呈现出“左实右虚”以及“右实左虚”的状态,以及肢体上呈现出 “节节贯穿”的特点;相比于长期练习者的动作识别率,短期练习者的动作识别率较低,不 同动作之间特征值不突出,动作区分度较低;长期和短期练习者肌电信号特征值之间存在明 显的差别,通过动作识别率能够得到区分,可以为练习者水平提升提供指导和依据。

    Abstract:

    Detect the electromyographic signal of the typical movement of traditi onal Taijiquan long-term practitioners and short-term practitioners of "knee- kne e and stance",and analyze the changes of the electromyographic signals of the m ain muscles of the upper limbs,lower limbs and trunk during the punching proces s.According to the rules and main points of traditional Taijiquan,the detected EMG signals are denoised,feature values are extracted,and BP neural network m odels are established.The movement patterns of long-term practitioners and sho r t-term practitioners are classified and analyzed.The experimental results show that in the process of long-term practitioners,the left and right sides of the body show the states of "left solid,right virtual" and "right solid,left virtu al",and the limbs show the characteristics of "sections through";Compared with the action recognition rate of long-term practitioners,the action recognition rate of short-term practitioners is lower,the feature values between different actions are not prominent,and the degree of action discrimination is low;there is obvious difference between the EMG signal feature values of long-term and s h ort-term practitioners The difference can be distinguished by the action recogn i tion rate,which can provide guidance and basis for the improvement of the level of the practitioner.
