    摘要:

    传统的复合目标源是微波信号源和红外信号源两 个独立模块的系统集成,存在成本高 昂和结构复杂的问题,为解决上述问题,本文提出了一种基于拍频调制技术的微波信号和红 外信号复合产生结构,通过任意波形发生器在光信号上加载不同的调制信息结合光外差法可 实现不同重频和脉宽的高频微波信号产生,利用激光信号和红外信号转换模块可实现激光信 号到红外信号的转换。与传统方法相比,本文在同一结构中实现了微波信号和红外信号的复 合产生,并以其中一种调制方式为例论述了带有调制信息的9.69 GHz 微波信号产生,温度可 达230 ℃的红外信号产生,且该系统主要采用光纤器件组成,具有结 构简单、成本低廉、抗干扰能力强等优点。

    Abstract:

    The traditional composite target source is a system integration of two independent modules,including a microwave signal source and an infrared signal source,which has the problems of high cost and complex structure.In order to solve the above problems,a hybrid device for generating microwave signal and in frared signal using beat frequency and modulation technology is proposed in this paper.The high frequency microwave signal with different repetitive frequency and pulse width can be obtained by loading different modulation information on t he optical signal through the arbitrary waveform generator combined with the opt ical heterodyne method.The infrared signal can be generated by laser signal thr ough laser signal and infrared signal conversion module.Compared with the tradi tional composite target source is the system integration of two independent modu les of infrared target source and microwave target source,the microwave signal and infrared signal can be generated in the same structure in this paper.And on e of the modulation methods has been used as an example to discuss the generatio n of 9.69GHz microwave signal with modulation information,and the generation of infrared signal with a temperature of 230℃.Furthermore,the structure is mainl y composed of optical fiber devices,which has the advantages of simple structure ,low cost and strong anti-interference ability.
