    摘要:

    利用高能激光清除输电线路缠绕异物的方法取得了较好的使用效果,但激光在清除异物时也会照射到绝缘子上,时间过长可能会损伤绝缘子。为了研究在使用激光辐照瓷质绝缘子时的温度、应力损伤特性,本文对激光静止和移动辐照不同材料瓷绝缘子不同部位的情况进行了建模、计算,重点分析了瓷绝缘子在使用普通瓷、氧化铝瓷、氧化锆瓷、堇青石瓷四种材料下的损伤特性。结果表明,激光静止辐照瓷质绝缘子60s时,中心温度达到2000℃以上,远超过四种绝缘子瓷的热耐受能力,拉应力的值也达到了251.17MPa,超过了其抗拉强度,此时会出现绝缘子瓷的破裂;而激光以7mm/s的速度移动辐射瓷质绝缘子时,最高温度为185℃,拉应力仅为2MPa,温度和应力均较静止辐射情况有很大的减小,不会对瓷质绝缘子造成损坏。实验对比发现,静止辐射16s时,瓷质绝缘子就会破裂,但移动照射能有效的防止激光对瓷质绝缘子的损伤。

    Abstract:

    The method of clearing the foreign bodies in the transmission line with high-energy laser achieved good using effect.The laser will irradiate the insulator when removing the foreign matter,and the insulator may be damaged if the time is too long.In order to study the temperature and stress damage characteristics of porcelain insulator irradiated by laser,this paper performs modeling and calculation of different parts of porcelain insulators with different materials irradiated by laser at still and moving,and analyzes the damage chara cteristics of porcelain insulator under four kinds of materials:ordinary porcelain,alumina porcelain,zirconia porcelain and cordierite porcelain.The results show that when the ceramic insulator is irradiated by laser at rest for 60s,the central temperature is above 2000℃,which is far beyond the thermal endurance capacity of the four kinds of insulator porcelain.The tensile stress value is 251.17MPa,which exceeds the tensile strength.When the laser moves and radiates the porcelain insulator at the speed of 7mm/s,the maximum temperature is 185℃,and the tensile stress is only 2MPa.The temperature and stress are greatly reduced compared with the static radiation,and the porcelain insulator will not be damaged.It is found that the porcelain insulator will be broken when the static radiation is 16s,but the moving irradiation can effectively prevent the damage of the porcelain insulator caused by laser.
