Abstract:We construct a single-mode photon addition two-mode squeezed vacuum state (SMPZSVT) by adding a-mode m-photon to a two-mode squeezed vacuum state. Its normalization constant is derived by integration with an ordered product of operators.Non-classical properties of b-mode in SMPZSVT are investigated in te rms of quadrature squeezing,second-order correlation function,Mandel′s paramet er,and the negativity of Wigner function.Using numerical methods, the effects of the number of a-mode photon-addition and the two-mode squeezing parameter on its non-classical properties are discussed. The results show that first,b-mode of SMPZSVT does n ot display squeezing effect;second,as the number of a-mode photon addition increases, the a nti-bunching effect of b-mode is weakened, but its sub-Poisson distribution is strengthened;third, as the two-mode squeezing parameter increases, its anti-bunching effect and sub-Poisson distrib ution are both weakened; last,as the number of a-mode photon addition increases, the negativity of b-mod e Wigner function is weakened.
