To access the efficacy and safety of 585nm/1064nm Nd:YAG non-ablative laser on the treatment of facial wrinkles.The 585nm/1064nm Nd:YAG non-ablative laser was used to treat the whole face for 5times with 4weeks interval.The photos of facial regions were taken by the VISIA skin image analysis system before the first treatment and after the last treatment respectively.The efficacy was evaluated by doctors subjectively and the VISIA value objectively.All the cases were improved after treatmen t,the VISIA value decreased obviously with statistically significance． Our rese rch showed 585nm/ 1064nmNd:YAG non-ablative laser has a clear and def inite effect on treatment of facial wrinkles
