    摘要:

    为了抑制掠入射板条激光器晶体内部自激振荡, 提出了在增益介质非通光表面涂覆近红外吸波材料—Ge 的方法。实验对比了有Ge涂层与无Ge涂层的Nd:YAG晶体模块分别在自由振荡和被动调Q振荡 条件下的激光输出特征。实验表明,在自由振荡条件下,有Ge涂层的晶体模块谐振腔激光输 出阈值(54A)小于无Ge涂层晶体模块振腔激光输出阈值(59 A),当泵浦电流为 68A时,前者相对于无锗涂层晶体模块输出能量提高了51%;在被动调Q条件下,有Ge涂层的晶体模块谐振腔激光输出阈值(63.5A)小于无Ge涂 层晶体模块谐振腔激光输出阈值(65A),当泵浦电流为 67A时,前者相对于后者输出脉冲 能量提高了75%。实验结果表明,Ge涂层能有效地抑制自激振荡,降 低激光输出阈值并大幅提高输出脉冲能量。

    Abstract:

    In order to restrain the self-oscillations in Nd:YAG bounce laser,germanium wit h high absorption coefficient in near infrared region was sputtered on the non-light-passed surf aces of the gain medium. The laser outputs of free oscillator and passive Q-switched oscillator with ger manium and without germanium were compared respectively.Germanium could effectively decrease the pump thresh old and improve the pulse energy of outputs.The pulse energy of the free oscillator with Germa nium-sputtered Nd:YAG is improved by 51% compared with that of the free oscilla tor with non-germanium-sputtered Nd:YAG when the current of the pump is 68A.When the current of pump is 67A,the pulse ene rgy of the passive Q- switched oscillator with germanium-sputtered Nd:YAG is improved by 75% compare d with that of the free oscillator with non-germanium-sputtered Nd:YAG.
