    摘要:

    为研究新型的红色荧光粉并提高其发光强度,采 用高温固相法制备了 Ca0.88-xZnxMoO4:0.08Eu3+ (x=0.0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,80%) 系列红色荧光粉,用X射线粉末衍射仪、荧光分光光度计对产物的晶体结构和发光性能进 行分析和表征。结果表明,当Zn的掺杂量达到20%时,钼酸钙晶体结构开始发生改变, 当Zn的掺杂量为15%时,红色荧光粉的发光强度最大。Ca0.88-xZnxMoO4:0.08Eu3+的激 发光谱在200~350nm波长处出现宽带吸收,归属于Mo-O的电荷迁移 ,位于395nm和465nm波长左 右的吸收峰分别对应于Eu3+7F05L67F05D2特 征吸收峰,能够很好地与近紫外和蓝光LED芯片相匹配。

    Abstract:

    In order to research a new-type of red phosphors and improve its emiss ion intensity,a series of red phosphors Ca0.88-xZnx MoO4:0.08Eu3+(x =0.0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,30%,40%, 50%,60%,80%) are prepared by the high temperature solid-state method,and the effects of co-doping ions concentration on crystal structure,excitation and emission prope rties of the phosphors are investigated by X-ray diffraction,excitation and emission spectr um,respectively.The results indicate that the crystal structure of calcium molybdate is changed when the co ntent of Zn is 20%,and when the content of Zn is 15%,the emission intensity of t he red phosphors is the maximum.The excitation spectrum of Ca0.88-xZnxMoO4:0.08Eu3+ consists of a broad band around 200-350nm originating from the charge migration of Mo-O.The absorption peaks located at 395nm and 465nm correspond to the 7F05L6 and 7F05D2 transitions of Eu3+.The characteristics show that they can be effectively excited by near ultraviolet and blue chips.
