    摘要:

    为满足红外耳温计现场校准和量值比对的需求, 研制了30~42℃便携前置反射罩不锈钢-氨 热管黑体辐射源。黑体辐射源空腔为圆柱双圆锥形,空腔深为272mm ,内径为60mm,锥 顶角为120°;口部安装紫铜镀金反射罩,反射罩光阑开口直径为20mm,张角为100°,内表面喷 涂发射率为0.95的黑漆;利用基于Monte Carlo法的STEEP321NIM计算 软件,计算出的空腔口平面0°到 100°出射角内的有效发射率均优于0.999。温 度控制系统由PID调节器、高稳定精密铂电阻、直流电源和双 金属限温开关等组成,实现了黑体辐射源温度控制的高可靠性。实验测量的黑体辐射源温度 稳定性优于0.002℃/20min,空腔测温管内均匀性优于0.03℃。

    Abstract:

    A (30-42) ℃ portable ammonia stainless steel heatpipe blackbody source with a front reflector is developed for on site radiance temperature calibration and value dissemination o f infrared ear thermometers.The cavity of the blackbody source is made from an isotherm ammonia heatpipe.The c ylindrical double-cone blackbody source cavity is designed with 60mm in diameter and 272mm in depth. The bottom cone apex angle of the cylindrical double cone cavity is 120°.The aperture of the copper front re flector with a 100° field angle is 20mm.The cavity is paint-coated with an emissivity of 0.95.The STEEP321NIM soft ware based on Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the average plane radiation angle cavity emissivity of the ammonia stainless steel heat pipe blackbody source.The calculated effective emissivities of cavity aper ture plane from 0° to 100° radiation angle are better than 0.999.The PID temperature control system consists of a PI D regulator,highly stable precision platinum resistance thermometer,a DC power supply,and a bimetal temperature sw itch.The blackbody source temperature control enables high reliability.The temperature stability of the b lackbody source is 0.002℃ within 20min and the temperature uniformity of the cavity is 0.03℃.
