In order to implement multi-video sup er-resolution reconstruction with less low-resolution video sequences,a method for reconstructing the time and space super-resolutions respectively is introdu ced in this paper.Temporal resolution is enhanced by utilizing the proposed method,and then a high space-time resolution video s equence is acquired combined with the reconstructed video sequence and the input low-resolution video sequences,using the reconstructed v i deo sequence frame as the reference frame.Besides,the traditional reconstruction method would produce ringing effect in the case of in accurat e registration.For such a problem,the improved iterative back projection (IBP) algorithm with adaptive penalty term is proposed .Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve multi-video super-resolution reconstru ction in the case of less low-resolution video sequences,and can suppress ringi ng effectively.The structure similarity image measure of high space-time resolu tion video sequence,which is reconstructed by proposed algorithm,can increase by 3.4%~6.1% compared with that of the conventional approaches.The reconstructed video sequence has sharper edges and less artificial effect.
