Abstract:Using a simple optic system to realize full-color holographic display is the goal of the promising three-dimensional displays. In this paper,we propose a full-colo r display of Fourier computer-generated hologram using spatiotemporal multiplexing method.First,we divide a color image into red, green and blue components, and make a proper scaling in order to compensate chromatic aberrations. Then three Fourier computer-generated holograms with spec ific structure are made, which are displayed on the spatial light modulator in turns.By using the spatiotemporal multiplexing method,we can ensure the information integrity of the reconstructed color image. At last,we design a filter so that the white LED can be used as the reconstructe d light. The experiment results verify the feasibility of the method.
