    摘要:

    提出了一种基于数字光栅投影的浮法玻璃缺陷检测 方法。由数字投影仪投射的光栅条纹经过玻璃带在背景平面上 成像,用位于玻璃带上方的高速相机采集受到玻璃带表面调制的图像,再由计算 机对采集到的缺陷图像进行相位 提取和重建,得到受玻璃缺陷调制的离面位移分布图,并计算求出玻璃带表面的屈光度。 以检测难度较大的光畸变缺 陷为例,验证了本文方法的可行性。实验结果表明,本文方法能检测光学变形较小的缺陷 ,检测精度可以达到0.1mm。

    Abstract:

    As the defects seriously affect the quality grade of float glass,the on-line defect detection technology is important for improving the quality of glass products.This paper presents an on-line defects detection method for float glass based on digital fringe projection profilometry.Firstly,the digital projector and the high-speed camer a are placed on the upper side of glass sheet which is moving on the production line,the digital projector projects fringe through t he glass sheet and images it on the background,and the camera captures the fringe image which is modulated by glass surface.The glas s defects would change the phase distribution of fringe image,then the image processing computer extracts and reconstructs t he phase information of the collected defect image which is out of shape,the out of plane displac ement can be obtained by mathematical relationship,and finally the diopter of defects glass can be calculated.This method has been appl ied to the float glass defect detection filed,and can successfully detect the optical distortion defects which are difficulty for other traditiona l methods.The experiment results show that the digital fringe projection method can detect the smaller optical distortion defects,and the detection accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
