Structured light system calibration is the key factor that influences three-dimensional(3-D) shape measurement.And a difficult problem is the projector calibration.In this paper,the projector was taken as a reverse light camera to capture the checkerboard calibration plate by using Gray code combined with line-shift.Then,its pixel coordinates on projector image plane were obtained.The projector calibration was realized employing the traditional method of camera calibration.By using the conventional calibration technique of binocular vision measurement system,the calibration of structured light system was fulfilled.Experiment results demonstrate that the presented method is simple and feasible,and more important,it has better robustness and accuracy.
