Abstract:Vertical bell labs layered space-time(V-BLAST) code can greatly improve the transmission speed rate of atmosphere laser communication systems,but it gives a rise to decoding complexity and bit error rate simultaneously.Therefore,a V-BLAST code scheme using serial interference cancellation(SIC) algorithm is proposed for atmospheric laser communication systems.Furthermore,computer simulation and hardware tests are implemented to confirm its feasibility and rationality.The results demonstrate that using SIC decoding algorithm,the V-BLAST code in atmospheric laser communication system is achievable.And it provides a new way to system performance improvement.
