A vibration monitoring system for high-speed rotating blades of turbine using tip-timing sensors is introduced. The tip-timing sensors based on the the principle of reflective fiber can collect tip-timing signals with higher performace. Together with followed optical-electrical transform, data collection and analysis, the real-time vibration detection for high-speed rotating turbine blades is realized by this system. As a result the system worked best at the real-time experiment on high-speed simulated rotor. And the analyzed result including the asynchronous vibration order and frequency by strain gauge are almost completed coherence with the ones by the system. It will improve the performance of system for the successful appliance in real time measurement for compressor blades.
