Abstract:A new kind of white organic light-emitting device(WOLED) was fabricated with a single light-emitting layer of poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK)doped with 2,5,8,11-tetra-tertbutylperylene(TBPe)and 5,6,11,12-tetraphenyl-naphthacene(Rubrene)prepared by spin coating.By adjusting the adulterated proportion and the configuration of the device properly,a white light with commission internationale de l'eclairage(CIE) coordinates of(0.33,0.38) was generated,The CIE coordinate stayed virtually constant when the voltage increased from 8 V to 16 V.The device reached a maximum brightness of 553 cd/m~2,and a maximum external efficiency of 0.16 %.
