Abstract:A digital microscopic image plane holography(DMIPH) is proposed.The off-axis image plane hologram of micro-object is recorded with a CCD,and the magnified image can be obtained by twice fast Fourier transform and digital filter processing of frequency spectrum.A theoretical analysis is performed in detail and experiments are done.And the experimental results,the resolution target,are also given.The research shows that the method presented can be applied to the micro-object imaging and its quantitative measurement.
