    摘要:

    报道了采用光纤光栅(FBG)短直腔选频结构的环形腔窄线宽光纤激光器。采用约3m长高掺Er^3光纤,LD抽运阈值功率约为11mW,在25mW976nm有效抽运功率时输出信号功率为2.65mW,斜效率约为15%;输出激光3dB线宽小于0.01nm,20dB线宽小于0.04nm,边模抑制比(SMSR)为48dB;观察到输出信号光波长漂移范围为0.06nm。

    Abstract:

    A narrow line-width fiber ring laser with frequency selecting by fiber Bragg grating(FBG) short linear cavity is reported.Its resonant cavity is annular and composed by high Er~(3+) doped fiber,circulator,980/1 550 nm WDM and FBG short linear cavity.In the experiment,pumped by 976 nm LD,the associated fiber laser with frequency selecting by FBG short linear cavity exhibits 11 mW threshold.About 2.65 mW output power and 15% slope efficiency are obtained upon the maximum 25 mW 976 nm pump power.The 3 dB and 20 dB line-width of fiber laser are less than 0.01 nm and 0.04 nm respectively,and SMSR is about 48 dB.The range of signal wavelength shift is 0.06 nm.
