    实验研究了频率分裂激光器中正交偏振态的o光或e光的自混合干涉现象。首先测量了在等光强点只有。光反馈和只有e光反馈时的反馈曲线,然后测量了在。光光强较高的点只有。光和只有e光反馈时的反馈曲线,最后测量了在e光光强较高的点只有。光和只有e光反馈时的反馈曲线。与一般的He-Ne激光的自混合干涉相比,在1个周期中,反馈曲线幅值的变化是一般反馈曲线的2倍多;如果用于测量领域,可以成倍地提高轴向分辨率。

    Abstract:

    The self-mixing interference of orthogonal polarized o-light or e-light coming from a frequency splitting He-Ne laser was experimentally studied.First,the feedback curve is measured only if o-light or e-light existed in the equal intensity point.Second,the feedback curve is measured only when o-light or e-light existed in o-light is stronger than e-light.Finally,the feedback curve is measured only if o-light or e-light existed in e-light intensity is stronger than o-light.In one period,the amplitude of feedback curve measured in the experiment is two times bigger than that of the ordinary feedback curve.If this feedback technique can be used in measuring fields,the axial resolution can be effectively improved.
