Taking the measurement of Topcon code-bar grade rod as an example in this paper,analyzed.The coding principle is analyzed and presented a method of inspecting code-bar grade rod stripes error using image collimation system,together with double-frequency laser interference length measurement system is reported.Experimental results show that this collimation measurement method has high accuracy and good repetition,and can be used in the stripe precise inspection of code-bar invar grade rod.
