    摘要:

    提出了双路Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG激光器的设计方案,通过单片机对激光电源和步进电机(间接控制电机带动的旋转全反镜)进行控制,实现轮流出光的两路激光器合光路输出。在单脉冲输入能量100J、重频20Hz情况下,激光器输出功率达到35.4w,光纤末端输出功率为22.7w,总的耦合效率为64%,而且此方案并不局限于同种波长激光的耦合。

    Abstract:

    The Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG laser device was provided for co-axial positioning of two laser beams along a single axis.The output of each laser rod is combined in turn and interleaved into a single output beam by using a rotatable reflector.The rotary rate of the stepping motor and the pump currents of two lasers are controlled by a single chip microcomputer.The output power is 35.4 W and the end of fiber is 22.7 W when input pump energy is 100 J and repetition frequency is 20 Hz.The coupling efficiency is 64%.This method is not only suitable for the same wavelengths,but also suitable for two different wavelengths.
