The displacement near the tip of crack in the interface of bimetal hot dip was measured by means of the moire interferometry.The moire interference displacement fields under the three point bending load action at the normal temperature was collected with the digital image processing system.The experimental results indicate that the fringe in focus can be steadily obtained and the distribution of displacement is not symmetric in the tip of crack.The results are consistant with the different mechanicaql properties arisen from the different phases distributed on the interface of bimetal hot dip.
