In order to improve laser efficiency,one usually to optimum laser parameter while in solid-state laser design.If given the laser rod,the only way is to optimalize output mirror's reflectivity.In this paper,using the circulating photo flux approach,given the output mirror's optimum reflectivity.It is related not only to the laser medium's parameter,but also to the pumping condition.
