Principles and methods of measuring optical parameters of blood are presented.And a group optical parameters of Chinese blood with different blood type are obtained,such as absorption coefficient,scattering index,total attenuation coefficient,average cosine of scattering angles,effective attenuation coefficient,penetration depth and etc.This research has important utility or reference value in laser irradiation blood therapy and other laser medicine research.
