A novel concept titled composite spatial code (CSC) is put forward on the basis of bar code technology and pixel diffraction theory.Two possible designing schemes are also proposed.Information in the new code can be read through diffraction with the advantages of higher information density and better security feature.The new encoding regulation is illustrated compared with the original one with the experimental example being given.
