This paper provies a kind of compensation method for following moving target by the design and information processing of using array detector,say muli ring detector,without using estimation method statistically.It can be used to measuring turbulence quantitively,and to eliminating turbulence directly,and restoring the original wave front.So this method can be applied to model reference adaptive system.
