In this paper,we summarize fiber Raman amplifier from mechanism to design issues such as selection of Raman gian media,pump source and pump methdos.Analysis of gain equalization,noise and crosstalk and proceedings about fiber Raman amplifier are presented.A feasible,optimal scheme is also proposed.
