CIS is a novel image sensor.A CIS head is much more compact than a CCD unit and therefore allows for much smaller prod ucts.The characteristics,basic structure and signal processing technology of CIS are discussed.In addition,a CIS signal processing system developed by us is des criped,and a set of CIS signal wave detected in practice is also presented.
