With the method of transformation matrix,the theory for comb-filter constituted with UV-wrting fiber gratings was given out,with this theory we elucidated out the effect and their relationship between the spectrum feature of the fiber grating comb-filter with its relating parameters.Basing on the same theory several kinds of comb filters were finished.
