We have recorded the aliasing phenomenon using the measurement system of modulation transfer function of CCD equipped by ourselves,which occurs during measuring of the model TCD linear CCD with the frequencies variable sine grating pattern.We have also calculated the region of aliasing.The measured results agree with the theoretical analysis.
