We give a theoretical model from an open Vtype three level system with injected initially coherence.This model exhibits lasing gain from the higher excited state to the ground state without population inversion.The model can also be used to establish laser with population inversion.Furthermore,the model system can be used to generate a larger refractive index with zero absorption.
