Abstract:In this paper,the properties of the surface magnetopolaron in polar semiconductor,which is a weak coupling with surface acoustic phonon and a strong coupling with surface optical phonon,are studies by using improved linear combination operator and perturbation method.The influence of the interaction between phonons of different wave vectors in the recoil process on the effective Hamiltonian,the frequency,the induced potential and the effective mass of the surface.magnetopolaron via deformation potential in polar semiconductor was discussed.
