    本文建立了PV型光电探测器光生载流子输运的动力学模型,该模型仅作少量的简化、能适用于任何强度的激光辐照。通过数值求解其相应的动力学方程,得到了光生电动势的瞬态特性和饱和特性,且与实验结果达到了较好的一致

    Abstract:

    A physical model describing photocarrier transport in photovoltaic type detectors under laser illumination is proposed,then the relevant dynamic equations are derived.The model is very realistic because few simplified descriptions are considered and can be applied to any power illumination.The transient characteristic and saturation characteristic of photovoltages are obtained through numerical calculation of the dynamics equations,A good agreement between the numerical results and the experimental results is achieved.
