Abstract:Based on the discussion of Phase shift and Sheargraphy,a new polarized method for Phase shift and a polarized method for Sheargraphy are proposed.There combination realizes the compact of Phase shift and Sheargraphy,which is called Phase sheargraphy.This technic has been used in the instrument of IC wafer Stress Analyzer and Shear Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(SESPI).
