An analytical expression between input and output light intensity in nonlinear periodic structure medium is deduced by means of the theory of F-P cavity The properties of its optical limiting,bistability and unstability are discussed.Fin ally,the new application possibility of liquid crystal as nonlinear material is pointed out.
