By measuring the parameters inside of cavity and the population of higher and lower levels of the He-Ne laser operating at multimode and singlemode,We have studied the characteristics of the laser beam and the population behaviour of the levels. and thus, give a interpretation of the singlemode high-power output from the He-Ne laser .
