For diagnosing agstrocacinoma, self-fluorescence spectra from gastritis (CAG) and normal tissue have been measured by away of UV-laser (the excitation line is 308nm) induced selffluorescence, and the fluorescence range is from 315nm to 600nm. The results indicated that the spectrum from CAG tissue is not the same as that from normal tissue, and there are two distinctions between two spectra. According to the distinctions CAG tissues would be differed from the normal tissues. and that would become the bases for more study.
