设计了一种基于串联双环谐振器的4×4无阻塞波长选择路 由器。构成该路由器的串联双环谐振器具有良好的箱型滤波曲线,SOI脊波导截面尺寸为波 导宽度450 nm, 高度220 nm,脊高60 nm,微环半径为10 μm,实验可得其3dB带宽为0.3 nm,消光比为 35 dB,带内功率起 伏只有0.1 dB,为实现该路由器的功能提供了很好的实验基础。该波 长选择路由器有九种非阻塞线路,能够 实现四种广播模式路由,其可作为基本光学交换单元,级联多个路由器来构建更强大的片上 光网络。 |

As the key component for photonic network on-chips,optical router is used to exchange the data between the processor cores.It determines the reliability and the scal e of the photonic network on-chips.Silicon photonic devices based on SOI platform provi de a feasible technical scheme for optical router with low delay and power-effeicent on accou nt of the advantages in the aspects of bandwidth,delay and power-efficient.This paper r eviews a 4×4non-blocking wavelength select router based on two-order cascaded ring resonat ors.The two- order cascaded ring resonators which constitute the optical router can take shap e of box filter spectrum well.The width of the ridge waveguide is 450nm,the height of t he waveguide is 220nm,the ridge height is 60nm.The 3dB bandwidth is 0.3nm,the extinction ratio is 35dB and the in-band power fluctuation is 0.1dB.All of these provide a good experim ental basis for the optical router.The wavelength selective router has nine non-blocking l ines.It can implement four broadcast mode routing.It can be used as a basic optical switchi ng unit to cascade multiple routers to build a more powerful networks-on-chip. |
