黑体空腔的有效光谱发射率高精度评价是制约辐 射测温及光学辐射测量标准性能提升的瓶颈。本文 基于热腔反射法,建立了一种高精度测量黑体空腔有效光谱发射率的实验系统。通过比较测 量标准样品和 黑体空腔对双温光阑的光谱辐射亮度的反射,高精度获取黑体空腔的反射率,进而基于Kirc hhoff定律获 得发射率。利用该系统对于温度范围在30 ℃~80 ℃之间空腔的法向有效发射率开展了实验研究,结果表明 空腔法向发射率优于0.999,测量结果的统计 标准偏差优于0.016%。实验结果与Monte Carlo模拟结果的一致性优 于0.04%,验证了测量系统的可靠性。 |

High-accuracy evaluation of the effective spectral emissivity of blac kbody cavities is a hardness restricting the performance improvement of radiation temperature measurement and optical radiation measurement standards.In this paper,based on the thermal cavity reflection met hod,an experimental system for measuring the effective spectral emissivity of blackbody cavity is established. By comparing the reflectance of a standard sample and blackbody cavity from the spectral radiance of a dual-temperature aperture, the high precision reflectance of blackbody cavity is obtained.Ther efore,the cavity emissivity is obtained based on Kirchhoff′s law.The exprement of the normal effective emissivity of th e cavity is conducted,and the temperature changes from 30℃ to 80℃.The result shows that normal effective e missivity of the cavity is better than 0.9994,and the standard deviation is 0.016%.The consistency betwe en the experimental results and the Monte Carlo simulation results is better than 0.04%,which verifies the reliability of the measurement system. |
