血红蛋白浓度作为衡量皮瓣移植手术部位恢复状 况的重要指标,能较好地反映血液流通状态。目前 常见的术后血运监测方法限于对皮肤温度、颜色和肿胀程度等物理观察和经验诊断,或仅通 过血氧饱和度 粗略判断,未见对血红蛋白浓度的实时监测。本文设计并搭建了一种用于检测皮瓣移植术后 血红蛋白浓度 的多方位反射式无创测试系统,通过对样本数据的采集分析引入修正系数,实现了血红蛋白 浓度的无创检 测。实验结果表明,6名志愿者连续10次测量结果的标准偏差较小; 40组测量值与真值的相关性良好;皮 肤加热后采集的血红蛋白浓度对温度变化灵敏,说明系统具有较好的稳定性、精确性和有效 性。项目组将 与河南大学淮河医院合作,对皮瓣移植术后患者的血红蛋白浓度进行临床检测,进一步校准 数据并研发小 型化便携式测量仪器,为术后护理提供更加可靠的依据。 |

Hemoglobin concentration,as an important indicator of the recovery of the surgical site of the flap graft, can reflect the state of blood circulation.Current methods for monitoring blood flow after surgery are limited to physical observations and empirical diagnosis of skin temperature,color and sw elling,or only rough determination of oxygen saturation,and less to real-time monitoring of hemoglo bin concentration.In this paper,a multi-directional reflective non-invasive test system for detecting hemoglobin concentration after skin flap transplantation is designed and constructed.Through the collection and analysi s of sample data,a correction factor is introduced to achieve non-invasive detection of hemoglobin concentra tion.The experimental results show that the standard deviation of 10consecutive measurements of 6volunteers is relatively small;the correlation between 40measurement values and true values is relatively strong;t he concentration of hemoglobin collected after skin heating is sensitive to temperature changes,indicating tha t the system has good stability, accuracy and effectiveness.The project team will cooperate with the Huaihe Hosp ital of Henan University to conduct clinical testing of hemoglobin concentration in patients after flap tran splantation,further calibrate the data and develop miniaturized portable measuring instruments to provide more reliable basis for postoperative care. |
