实验分两步合成了K3AlF6:Eu3+系列荧 光粉,样品通过X射线衍射(XRD)、SEM和荧光光谱(PL)进行分析。详细研究了Eu3+掺 杂量对K3AlF6:Eu3+荧光粉发光强度的影响。XRD和SEM检测表明 K3AlF6:Eu3+为一纯相,结晶良好,晶体尺寸均匀。但掺杂后晶胞参 数发生了变化,说明Eu3+已经进入晶格中。根据离子电负性标度,Eu3+(1.433)与Al3+(1.513)电负性相近,Eu3+会优先取代Al3+。而Al 3+ 在K3AlF6晶体中处于对称中心位置,Eu3+取代Al3+后,使 5D0-7F1磁偶跃 迁发光增强。当Eu3+掺杂量为0.24%时,使用 近紫外393 nm激发样 品,在可见光区593 nm处发射最强橙色荧光,属于5D 0- 7F1磁偶跃迁。K3AlF6:Eu3+荧光粉在白光发光领域具有一定 的研究意义。 |

The K3AlK6:Eu3+ fluorescent powder was synthesized by two-step synthesis method,and X-ray diffraction (XRD),scan electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectra (PL) were used to analyze the experimental samples. The effect of Eu3+ doping on the luminous intensity of K3AlF6:Eu3+ wa s studied in this experiment.XRD and SEM results show that the K3AlF6:0.24Eu3+ was with apure phase and crystallized well,and the cr ystal size was even,but the cell parameters were changed after doping indicating that Eu3+ had entered the lattice.According to ionic electronegativity,th e radii of Eu3+ (1.433) and Al3+(1.513) are similar,leading to Al3+ replaced by Eu3+.Al3+ is in the symmetric center of K3AlF6crystal,after Al3+ replaced with Eu3+,then 5D0-7F 1 magnetic coupling luminescence is enhanced.When the Eu3+ doping concentration is 0.24%, using 393nm to excite samples to emit the strongest orange fluorescence at 593nm,it belongs to 5D0-7F1 magnetic dipole tr ansition.So K3AlF6:Eu3+ phosphor has a certain significance in the field of white luminescence. |
