提出了一套采用组态王(KINGVIEW)软件作为上位机 远程监测功率 的变化、利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC,programmable light controller)作为下位机实现对 激光器功率控制的整体设计方案。实验结果表明,本文提出的系统可以实时监 测和记录激光器功率的变化,提高了激光器功率的监控水平;运用远程调节激光器功率方法 ,不仅提高了实验效率,而且在控制精度方面,通过修改PLC程序 参数自动调 节激光器功率,增强了调节的适应性。系统运行良好,可以更好满足激光干涉仪诊断等离 子体电子密度的需要。 |

The output stability of the laser power has critical influence on la ser interferometer measurement for electron density of plasma.In order to reduc e the number of laboratory staffs to enter the working hall and make up for the shortage of traditional manual control of laser power,this paper proposes an over-all design scheme,which adopts KINGVIE W software as host computer to realize monitoring and recording of power changing remotely and uses programmable logic controller (PLC) as lower machine to achieve the control of laser power.It proves that this system can monitor and record the changing of laser power in real time,improving the level of monitoring in l aser power.Utilizing this method to adjust laser power in long distance,an not only reduce the numbe r of laboratory staffs and improve the efficiency of experiment in the control a ccuracy part,but also adjust the laser power automatically by modifying the parameters of the PLC program and enhance the adaptability of adjustment.This system is running well and can better meet the requirement o f diagnosing electron density of plasma by laser interferometer. |
