提出一种单光子飞行时间峰值扫描测量方案,介 绍了峰值扫描测量的工作原理。依据光子计数过 程,建立了发光脉冲次数、门控信号扫描步长及光纤长度与光子计数曲线关系的数学模型,分 析了给定门控信 号宽度和时延扫描步长、光子计数率曲线峰值判断正确的概率与发光脉冲之间的关系。在50km光纤上,对理论分析结果进行了实验验证。 |

We propose a new scheme named peak count rate scanning measurement to measure the time of flight by scanning peak count rate with single photon detection and introduce th e operating principle of the scheme.We set up the mathematical model among the number of op tical pulses,the scanning step of gate signal and the length of optical fiber according to the pr ocess of photon counting.We analyze the relationship between the correct probabili ty of peak count rate and optical pulses under given gate signal pulses and scanning step and the result o f theoretical analysis is verified with experimental confirmation using a 50km optical fiber. |
