研制了一种基于Czerny-Turner(C-T)交叉式分 光光路结构、以半导体制冷线阵CCD为探测器的高分辨率 小型化拉曼光谱仪;分析了影响光 谱成像质量的主要像差,并进行了消彗差和消象散优化设计与验证;利用Tracepro光学追迹 软件对整体光路进行了模拟调整,对样机的性能进行了初步测试。测试结果表明, 波 数范围为200~2700cm-1,光谱分辨率 为6~8cm-1,信噪比(SNR)为300∶1。将其应用于药品、玉石等样品的 鉴别,取得了满意的结果。 |

In this paper,a high resolution portable Raman spectrometer based on asymmetric cross Czerny-Turner (C-T) optical structure and TE cooled linear CCD is designed an d optimized.The C-T structure is typically used in the monochromator with a curved image plane,whi ch does not match the detector surface of the CCD.In order to achieve both high resolution and high sensitivity,the main optical aberrations are analyzed,and then a design metho d for coma and astigmatism correction is presented.Tracepro is used to simulate the aberrati ons before and after optimization,which significantly shows the changes of the overall spectrum resolution and sensitivity.With a laser diode (785nm),the portable Raman spectrometer is app lied in drug and jade identification with satisfactory results,and has the spectral range of 200-2700cm-1,the spectral resolution (FWHM) of 6-8cm-1,and the s ignal-to-noise ratio of 300∶1. |
