为了获得高频可调谐光子微波信号源,设计了 一 种基于单片机的高精度TEC温度控制器,其控制芯片采用新华龙C8051F023单片机 ,通过数字温度传感器TMP112 采集温度信息,由控制电路产生的脉宽调制(PWM)波驱动TEC芯片;同时设计了结构简单的单 频 布里渊激光器,利用TEC温度控制器控制布里渊激光器的增益介质,通过调节TEC的温度以及 入射信号的波长,获得了10.837~11.076 GHz的可调谐微波信号,且产生的微波信号可以进 一步的展宽调谐范围。 |

In order to obtain a high-frequency tunable microwave signal source,a high precision thermoelectric cooler (TEC) temperature-controlled circuit is designe d by using a microcontroller in this paper.A digital temperature sensor of TMP112is used to collect temperature information,and TEC chip is drived by the generated pulse width modulation (PWM) from the control circuit.A single frequency Brillouin fiber laser is designed without using expensive instr uments or complicated system.The temperature of the Brillouin gain fiber in this laser ha s been controlled by the obtained controller,and the tunable microwave signal from 10.837GHz to 11.076GHz can be obtained through adjusting the temperature of the fiber and the pump wavelength. The generated signal frequency range can be further expanded and a microwave signal with the d esired frequency can be generated through this scheme. |
