采用水热法制备了系列掺杂不同Yb3+浓度的 NaGdF4:Er3+,Tm3+,Yb3+上转换发光粉,并对其结 构和上转换发光性能进行了表征。X射线衍射(XRD)研究结果表明,所有样品均为六方结构 NaGdF4。Yb3+的 浓度对NaGdF4晶相的面间距有少许影响。在980 nm红外光激发下,NaGdF4:Er3+ ,Tm3+,Yb3+发光粉上转换 光谱显示绿光、红光和蓝光发射,它们分别来自于Er3+的2H11/2 ,4S 3/2→4I15/2跃迁发射、4F9/2 →4I15/2跃迁发射,Tm3+的1G4→3H6跃迁发射。NaGdF4:Er3+,Tm3+,Yb3+发光粉的绿光 与红光、蓝光与红光发射的相 对强度受Yb3+浓度的影响。讨论了可能的上转换发光机制。在980nm红外光激发下,NaGdF4:0.05% Er3+,0.3%Tm3+,50%Yb3+发光粉显示亮白光,其 色坐标为(0.342,0.331)。上转换白光发射可通过调控 NaGdF4:Tm3+,Er3+,Yb3+发光粉中Yb3+掺杂浓度获得。 |

A series of NaGdF4:Er3+,Tm3+,Yb3+ upconversion luminescence phosphors with different Yb3+ ion concentrations were prepared by a hydrothermal method under 180℃ for 24h ,in which the molar ratio of NaF to rare earth ions is 5∶1.The structure and upconversion luminesce nce are characterized. The results of XRD indicate that all the samples are hexagonal phase NaGdF4.Th e interplanar spacing of NaGdF4phase is slightly affected by Yb3+ ions concentration.Under 980n m laser excitation,the upconversion luminescence spectra of samples show green emission from 2H11/2→4I15/2 and 4S3/2→4I15/2 transitions of Er3+ ions,red emis sions attributed to 4F9/2→4I15/2 transi tions of Er3+ ions,respectively,and blue emissions assigned to 1G4→3H6 transitions of Tm3+ ions.The relative intensities of green to red emission and blue to red emission are governed by Yb3+ ions concentration in NaGdF4:Er3+,Tm3+,Yb3+ phosphors,respectively.The possible upconversion luminescence mechanisms of th e samples are discussed. NaGdF4:0.05%Er3+,0.3%Tm3+,50%Yb3+ phosphors exhibit bright white light under 980nm laser excitation,and the calculated CIE color coordinates are (0.342,=0.331).The white upconversion luminescence from NaGdF4:Er3+,Tm3+,Yb3+ phosphors can be realized by adju sting the Yb3+ ions concentration. |
