分别将质量分数为1%、1.3%、2%和3%的有机材料 4CzTPN-Ph加入到YAG荧光粉制成 白光LED。研究了其掺杂浓度对器件光效的影响;通过改变器件驱动电流,研究 驱动条件对光效的 影响;通过测试填充硅胶前后LED的光效变化,研究填充硅胶对器件光效的影响。实验结果 表明,随着4CzTPN-Ph的浓度的增加光效降低,但增加到一定程度光效反而增大;随着电流 的增加,器件的光效 下降;填充硅胶之后,其光效有一定幅度的增加。最后分析了LED驱动电流增加及填充硅胶 后,器件光效变化的原因。 |

The 4CzTPN-Ph is mixed into YAG phosphors with the mass concentrations of 1%,1. 3%,2% and 3%,respectively,then the powdering LED device is obtained.The influe nce of doping concentration on light efficiency of the device is researched.Thr ough changing the driving current of the device,the influence of driving conditi ons on light efficiency is researched.Through testing light efficiency change o f LED before and after silica gel filling,the influence of filling on light efficiency is researched.The experimental results show that with the increase of concentration of 4CzTPN-Ph,the light efficiency red uces,but when the concentration increases to a certain extent,the light efficien cy increases conversely.This pape r still find,that with the increase of the current,the light efficiency redu ces,and the light efficiency will increase after silica gel filling.At la st,the reason of the light efficiency change of the device,when the driving cu rrent is increased and after the silica gel is filled with is analysized. |
