研究了LD抽运的、频差可调的双 频Nd:YVO4微片激光器的光谱特性。对于荧光谱 宽固定的激光增益介质,输出激光的光谱特性主要与抽运功率、抽运位置和谐振腔长等参数 相关;通过控 制相关参数,可以调整输出激光不同波长频谱峰之间的相对频差。实验结果表明,当LD 抽运电流为 14.5A时,抽运光与谐振腔模达到良好的匹配,输出稳定的双纵模双 频激光,相应的频差可超过90 GHz;改变抽运参数相应频差在92.22~94.24GHz之间变化;增加 谐振腔的腔长时,输出的激光纵 模间隔减少并可输出三纵模,其中两频峰之间的最小频差可达到26.50GHz。 |

The spectral features of a laser diode (LD) pumped dual-frequency Nd:YVO4microchip laser with tunable frequency difference are investigated.To the field width of fluorescence spectum of the laser gain medium,the feature of output laser spectrum is mainly related with the pumping power,positi on of pumping,cavity length and other parameters.By means of controlling the related parameters,the relative f requency difference of output laser between the different wavelength spectrum peaks can be adjusted.The exper imental results show that when the LD pumping current is 14.5A,pumping light and resonant cavity mode can achi eve good matching,a stable dual-longitudinal mode is output,and the corresponding frequency difference ca n reach more than 90GHz.Changing the pumping parameters corresponding frequenc y difference between 92.22GHz and 94.24GHz,when increasing the resonator cavity length,which can decrease the laser longitudinal mode interval and output three longitudinal modes,the minimum frequency between two frequency peaks reaches 26.5GHz. |
